At VSBB (Virtual Services by Blessing), we take your privacy seriously. This page explains what information we collect when you visit our website or get in touch with us, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. We have kept it as straightforward as possible.
We are Virtual Services by Blessing (VSBB), a virtual assistant agency based in Abuja, Nigeria. We work with entrepreneurs and businesses across the US, UK, Canada, Australia and beyond, providing remote professional support.

We only collect information you actively give us. This happens in two main ways:
When you fill in a contact form on our website, we receive your name, email address, and whatever message you write to us. We use this purely to respond to your inquiry.
When you book a call through Calendly, their platform handles the booking. You can read Calendly's own privacy policy on their website.
We do not use cookies that track you across the internet, and we do not run any advertising on this website.
When you contact us, we use your details to reply and have a conversation about how we might be able to help your business. That is it. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking you first, and we do not pass your details to anyone outside of VSBB.
If we ever want to send you newsletters or updates, we will ask for your permission separately. You can opt out at any time by replying to any of our emails.
Your messages come to us through WhatsApp Business and email, both of which use encryption in transit. We do not store form submissions in a database or on our servers. Once a conversation moves to email or WhatsApp, it is protected by those platforms' own security measures.
We keep your contact details only for as long as our working relationship continues, or for as long as is necessary to respond to your inquiry. After that, we delete them.
Our website uses a small number of trusted third party services to function properly:
Google Fonts provides our typography. When your browser loads the page, it requests font files from Google's servers. Google may log this request, which is standard for any website using their fonts.
Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how people found us. This data is collected anonymously and does not identify you personally. You can opt out at any time using Google's browser opt-out tool or your browser's privacy settings.
Calendly powers our call booking. When you book a discovery call, the details you enter are handled under Calendly's own privacy policy.
Kit (ConvertKit) manages our email newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address is stored securely with Kit and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
WhatsApp Business handles chat inquiries. Conversations there are protected by WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption.
We use only the cookies necessary for our analytics to work. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or any technology that follows you around the internet. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time and the website will still work.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, for any reason. The only people who see your details are the VSBB team members who need them to respond to you or deliver your service.
You have full control over your information. At any time, you can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your details entirely. Just email us at info@vsbbagency.com and we will act on your request promptly.
If we ever change how we handle your information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated clearly on our website.
